12.Trim bushes-grooming bushes by removing unsightly branches and creating shape.
13.Pruning trees- removal of hanging branches.
14.Mowing grass- cutting the grass with a machine to provide a health height to the lawn.
15.Edging up- this is the grooming around trees and curbs.
16.Weed removal- mechanical removal of weeds around areas that the edger or mower could not reach.
17.Janitorial/grounds keep- keeping the ground cleaned on a weekly basis inside and outside of the buildings.
18.Snow removal and salting- parking lots and sidewalks.
NEW LANDSCAPE
1.Plant new trees and removal of dead trees.
2.Starter grass/new grass- removal of dead grass or till over soil and replace with seeds or sod and apply fertilizer.
3.Plant bushes and removal of dead bushes.
4.Plant ground covering- is plants that grows in place of grass or plants, like ivy. This is for consumers that prefer low maintenance around areas of their property that is hard to grow grass.
5.Planting flowers- planting perennials and annual flowers. Annuals flowers are very beautiful flowers but only last until the first frost and perennials plants continue to come back every year.
6.Sod live rolled grass that is placed on the yard with fertilizer and watered daily to provide a beautiful curb appeal. This method works immediately, but sod will die without proper water treatments.
7. Grass seeds- seeds that grow grass in areas that was once bald. This method could take 7-14 to see strong growth. Depending on the strength of the seeds.
8.Retaining wall- bricks stacked on top of each other to create a flower bed design around the property. The bricks come in various design and colors.
9.Tilling- the process consist of a machine that turns over soil and dead grass in order to cultivate the soil.
10.Fertilizing- this is the food and nutrients that is applied to the grass create a health looking lawn and provided growth.
